• Educational topics are subject to change as the program schedule develops.
• Registration for the APMA Annual Scientific Meeting includes education sessions (unless otherwise noted), exhibit hall entry, and refreshment breaks.
• To change information on your registration form, send written notification detailing changes to the APMA Membership Dept., 9312 Old Georgetown Rd., Bethesda, MD 20814. 
• Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before June 20, 2013. Registration fees are refunded less a $50.00 processing fee. Workshop fees will not be refunded.
• After June 20, 2013, registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not granted to no-shows.
