- House of Delegates and Legislative Conference
The House of Delegates is the legislative and governing body of APMA and is composed of certified delegates and alternates from each component society. The house meets once a year to hold elections and make decisions about the strategic direction of APMA.
- 26th Annual Kaplan-Clarke-Foster Practice Management Seminar
This event brings together podiatric leaders from across the nation to discuss methods and tools to improve your bottom line. Proceeds benefit the APMA Government Education Fund which supports legislative and lobbying efforts of the profession. The 2015 Kaplan-Clarke-Foster will take place September 9–13, at Reynolds Plantation in Lake Oconee, GA.
- State Advocacy Forum
The APMA State Advocacy Forum is a biennial conference providing an opportunity for state association leaders to discuss ongoing state legislative issues. The 2015 State Adovacy Forum will take place May 15–16 in Philadelphia.
- Young Physician Institute
The Young Physician Institute brings together young podiatrists from across the nation each year to focus on the specific challenges, concerns, and needs of young podiatric physicians and surgeons.
- "ICD-10 InSight" Coding Seminar
In order to meet the ever-increasing demand for information on coding policies specific to the practice of podiatric medicine and surgery, APMA will offer a series of stand-alone seminars in 2014 and 2015 to address the implementation of ICD-10.
