Summary: The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks a podiatric surgeon to join a busy clinical practice in Nashville, Tennessee. Applicant must have completed an CPME approved residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery as well as be Board qualified/certified. Applicant would join a practice with emphasis on wound care, diabetic foot care and general podiatry with minimal surgical requirements. Emphasis on quality patient care as well as teaching of residents and students is required. Strong clinical, administrative and interpersonal skills are necessary. Interest in clinical or basic science research is welcomed. Salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the applicant.
