If you are registered to exhibit at the 2018 meeting information about ordering booth supplies, the hall schedule, and promotional opportunities is available below.
Booth supplies (furnishings, internet, electricity, A/V, etc.) are not included in the booth fee.
Unfortunately, exhibitors are often contacted by non-approved vendors to offer services at APMA events. Other vendors frequently use information available on the Internet to obtain exhibitors’ contact information to solicit their business. Often, these vendors will falsely state or imply that they are endorsed by or affiliated with APMA. APMA only provides an exhibitor list to the authorized vendors below. They have been approved to provide you with supplies and services while you exhibit at the Annual Scientific Meeting (The National).
APMA recommends using only the vendors listed above for your booth supplies and services. Arranging booth supplies and services through other sources may result in significant inconvenience and financial loss.
