Exhibitor registration for the 2019 APMA Annual Scientific Meeting (The National) is now open. The meeting takes place in scenic Salt Lake City at the Salt Palace Convention Center, July 11–14 (exhibits are open July 11–13).
The National is a top-tier, continuing medical education program that features a renowned faculty. It offers podiatric physicians and surgeons scientific and practice management content encompassing virtually all aspects of foot and ankle care.

Complete details about exhibiting (and sponsorship) are available in the meeting prospectus. All booth space applications received by Friday, October 26, will receive priority assignment. A 10-percent discount will be automatically applied to all applications received by January 4, 2019.

Booths are sold in 10' x 10' units and range in price from $2,650 to $3,400. The exhibit hall floor plan, the booth space application and complete exhibition details are available in the meeting prospectus. The discounted, early-bird rate will be applied to all booths purchased by January 4, 2019. After that date, all booth prices increase by 10 percent.
The booth fee includes the following:
- Booth structure: piping, drape (excludes island booths), and company identification sign
- Company name, booth number, description and link on APMA website
- Company name, booth number, description and link in meeting app
- Company name and booth number in meeting program book and meeting newspaper (subject to publication deadlines)
- Badges for booth personnel
- One complimentary set of pre- or post-meeting registrant data (labels or Excel file)
- Complimentary refreshment breaks in exhibit hall
- Complimentary basic ad in the APMA Buyers' Guide
Booth supplies (furnishings, internet, electricity, A/V, etc.) are not included in the booth fee. Exhibitor services are provided by GES, and can be ordered at the Expresso by GES site. The link will be posted in April.

Basic Package: 6' Skirted Table (24” x 30”), Black Plastic Contour Chairs (2), Wastebasket
Standard Carpet Package: 100 sq. ft., includes padding (1/2 inch thickness), visqueen, and cleaning
Prices listed include delivery, rental, and removal; exclude taxes.
As indicated in the Rules and Regulations published on the reverse side of the booth space application, all exhibitors are expected to adhere to the exhibit hall schedule.
