The National 2019 Hotel Information

The APMA 2019 Annual Scientific Meeting (The National) will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, and has room blocks at three nearby hotels: Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek, Holiday Inn Express Salt Lake City Downtown, and Hilton Salt Lake City Center.

APMA has negotiated discounted hotel rates for The National attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice. The deadline to book your room is June 10. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

You may make your reservation online through the reservation portal or by phone by calling 888-206-8717 (international attendees call +1-801-214-7282). Agents are available Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m. MT. (Exhibitors—For information about booking five or more rooms, contact Orchid Events at 1-888-206-8717 or help@orchid.events.)

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only. Cancellations after June 10 and prior to 72 hours before arrival date will be subject to a $25 processing fee. One night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date. Note: The Holiday Inn Express will charge the credit card associated with the reservation for full payment on or after June 10. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date.

Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel. Through July 1 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at help@orchid.events. After July 1 contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations.

There are a limited number available at a discounted rate for APMA attendees.
