APMA leadership met with Melanie Combs-Dyer, CMS director of Provider Compliance Group, and other key CMS representatives on March 8 to request administrative simplification of the Medicare Therapeutic Shoes for Patients with Diabetes (TSDs) program, and to discuss recent concerns with MACs using local coverage articles (LCAs) to dictate coverage.
