Provider Relief Fund Updates—Reporting Period 4 Open Through March 31

January 9, 2023

Deadline approaching

Providers who received one or more Provider Relief Fund (PRF) (General or Targeted) and/or American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, from July 1 to December 31, 2021, must now report on their use of funds. The PRF Reporting Portal opened for Reporting Period 4 (RP4) on January 1, and will remain open through March 31, 11:59 p.m. ET.

Additionally, the Phase 4 and ARP Rural payment reconsiderations deadline is February 21, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Providers who believe their Phase 4 and/or ARP Rural payment was calculated incorrectly have an opportunity to submit a payment reconsideration request by this deadline. All providers have had at least 45 days from the date of their Phase 4 and/or ARP Rural payment determination notification to submit a reconsideration request. The February 21 deadline reflects the final opportunity to submit a request. For more information, visit the Payment Reconsideration web page.
