Location: Austin, Texas

Personal Bio: Hello, my name is Desiree Dalcherone and I am current 3rd year chief resident at the Atlanta VAMC. Upon completed graduation June 30th, 2020, I will be relocating to Texas and am looking for an Associate DPM position, with long term goal of eventually being a partner. I am ideally looking for employment within 100 miles of the Austin area, but am open to alternative locations. My education and training have given me an opportunity to develop a strong background in developing nonsurgical and surgical treatment plans with patients, diabetic limb salvage, as well as elective and emergent procedures. Working at a VA hospital has allowed me to independently and consistently follow my patients from initial work up, decision on a conservative or surgical plan, and follow through with those patients, including post-operative care. I am motivated and enthusiastic with an aim to continue learning not only about Podiatry, but about the business aspect of practice. Please do not hesitate to contact me
