Join APMA in Washington, DC for the 2018 Annual Scientific Meeting. The meeting takes place July 12–15 at the exquisite Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Booth sales are now open. Booth Information

Booths are sold in 10' x 10' units and range in price from $2,460 to $3,400 through January 5, 2018. All booth rates increase by 10 percent after January 5, 2018.

The booth fee includes the following:

  • 10' x 10' booth with pipe, drape, and company identification sign
  • complimentary set of meeting pre-registrant data available upon request (self-stick labels or Excel file)
  • complimentary badges for booth personnel
  • complimentary refreshment breaks in hall with attendees
  • Recognition in print and digital meeting promotions

Booth supplies (furnishings, electricity, A/V, etc.) are not included in the booth fee. They may be ordered via the official show services provider, GES. Additional details will be provided in spring of 2018.

To purchase a booth, complete the booth space application. The application and floor plan are available in the meeting prospectus.

April 2: GES Expresso site available for booth supplies and services orders

June 4: Meeting pre-registrant data available

June 8:

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance due (required)
  • Badge names due
  • Booth balance due

June 11–July 2: Shipments accepted at GES Advance Warehouse

June 22: Deadline for booth supply and service discounts from GES

June 25–July 20: Distribution dates for e-ad promotions to meeting registrants

July 10–11:

  • Exhibitor set up
  • Direct-to-site shipments accepted

July 12–14: Exhibit

July 14: Dismantle

Marketing Opportunities

Optimize your exposure during and after the meeting.

  • Advertise in print and digital media.
  • Send a digital promotion to meeting attendees. Contact the exhibit hall manager for details.
  • Order a set of post-meeting registrant data to contact attendees after the meeting.
