The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) performance feedback and final scores for the 2024 performance year.
Your 2024 final score impacts your Medicare Part B payments in 2026.
2026 MIPS payment adjustments will be available in approximately one month.
2024 Targeted Review Requests are also now available. Participating clinicians should review their 2024 performance reports as soon as possible. If you believe there is an error in the calculation of your MIPS final score, you should request a targeted review before the deadline, which will be 30 days after the release of MIPS payment adjustments (early October 2025). CMS will announce the release of MIPS payment adjustments through the QPP listserv in approximately one month.

Provide CMS Feedback:
MVP Adoption Survey: CMS is seeking feedback from individuals and organizations who submitted Payment Year (PY) 2024 data to the Quality Payment Program (QPP), including through MIPS Value Pathways (MVPs), Traditional MIPS, or other options. Your insights will help improve the MIPS MVP reporting experience and identify what is working well. The survey takes 15 minutes to complete and is voluntary and confidential. Eligible clinicians may receive Improvement Activity (IA) credit for completing the survey.
