History and Physical Examinations (H&Ps) Members Only Content

Podiatrists are permitted by regulation to perform history and physical examinations (H&Ps). Podiatric physicians are, by education and training, capable of performing comprehensive H&Ps and evaluating them to arrive at an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. It is important to note that H&Ps may be performed by a physician if in accordance with state law and health policy.
