The California Podiatric Medical Association recently released the following statement regarding Resolution 4-19, which passed the APMA House of Delegates on consent agenda two years ago. The work of the task force and the development of the resolution submitted to the AMA House of Delegates were predicated on Resolution 4-19: “Resolution 4-19 was authored and introduced by the CPMA at the 2019 APMA HOD. It passed on consent agenda with multiple states and organizations signing on. CPMA is proud of the work of the national task force and fully supports the recently released white paper and AMA resolution. [These are] exactly the actions that CPMA hoped the national task force would take based on the passage of Resolution 4-19.”
