Personal Bio: Dear Future Colleagues, I am interested in relocating to the Midwest upon completion of residency to be near family and friends, and I am therefore inquiring about a position as a new associate to your practice. I am very interested in opportunities that may lead to partnership, and I am willing to consider other areas of the country if the right opportunity comes along. June 2019 will mark the completion of my podiatry residency training with Dr. Guido LaPorta and associates at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, New York. I intend to graduate with a working knowledge of billing and coding, and will be well versed in all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery. Areas encompassing inpatient management, wound care, forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, biomechanics, limb deformity correction in adult and pediatric populations, and Charcot reconstruction; including static and dynamic external fixation. I am looking for a practice that values relationships with family, colleagues, and patients. I consider myself a team player, and I easily adapt to new people and situations. I function well in a fast paced environment while maintaining the ability to be methodical in my evaluations. I feel that I have a lot to offer in terms of critical analysis, innovation, compassion, and ambition that could be harnessed to really benefit a growing practice and advance the podiatric profession. I hope to establish myself as a trusted colleague and a provider of excellent podiatric care in the community I am a part of. It would be a great privilege to work alongside you in building a successful practice and dedicating myself to a life of service to those in need. I would be very grateful if you would consider me for a position in your practice following graduation from my program in June 2019. I appreciate the time that you have taken to review my curriculum vitae and I look forward to being in contact with you soon to discuss any opportunities that may be available. Feel free to contact me at any time by phone or email; please leave a voicemail. If you would like to meet in person I am available at your request. Thank you again for your time and consideration, Billy Rutter, DPM
