Summary: Rio Grande Foot & Ankle Specialists is a busy practice with three offices in Northern New Mexico. We're seeking an additional provider to help us keep up with the demands of the practice and to replace a provider who will be moving out of state. We currently have two other full-time providers with full schedules. We aim to fill the position with start date between now and August 2024. We are looking for a provider who can work independently and confidently while providing quality and compassionate patient-based care. Surgical training is preferred. We are seeking a provider with interest in staying in the area long-term; we have a partnership track available for interested parties. Bilingual Spanish-speakers are a great benefit to this community, but are not required.

Benefits: Benefits and salary are negotiable based on experience. We offer administrative time and flexibility in each provider's day-to-day schedule. Our salary structure is based on either a guaranteed base-pay combined with a production-based salary or a straight production-based salary. By replacing another provider, you will be taking over their established patients, and new patients will go to you as a priority to make sure you have a full schedule.
