Scholl’s wellness vice president of innovation/R&D, Edmund Farmer has leadership oversight for the company’s entire product portfolio supporting the Dr. Scholl’s and Amopé branded product range.
Prior to joining the company, Farmer spent more than 25 years developing extensive consumer product and packaged goods—holding innovation leadership positions at Thule, Maclaren, and Verilux—as well as consultancy positions with IDEO, Fitch+Richardson Smith, and Product Ventures.
At Scholl’s Wellness Company, Farmer and his team of designers, researchers, and engineers collaborate with marketing, consumer research, formulation, and supply chains to create cross-category innovations that improve people's lives and amplify across multiple brands, categories, business units, and regions.
Priya Parthasarathy, DPM
Dr. Priya Parthasarathy is a partner at Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic and practices in the Washington, DC, area. She was the recent recipient of Podiatry Management’s Future Star Award in 2020. She was also the recipient of APMA's prestigious Rising Star Award in 2017. As an APMA spokesperson, Dr. Parthasarathy has been featured in the media including The New York Times, The Washington Post, Self Magazine, Women’s Running Magazine, NYMag, and Prevention Magazine. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM), is chair of the APMA Communications Committee, and a member of the APMA Education Committee. She serves on the Editorial Board of Advisors of the Podiatry Today publication. She is also Secretary on the Maryland Podiatric Medical Associations Executive committee. Dr. Parthasarathy is the former Podiatry Section Chief at Medstar Montgomery Medical Center. She is a frequent lecturer at the national level. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
