APMA Coding and Clinical Education Seminar

The 2022 APMA Coding and Clinical Education Seminar is a virtual education event to be held on December 3–4. The event will provide registrants with a total of 20.25 CECH through a combination of live instruction (four hours each on Saturday and Sunday) and on-demand courses. The event merges the popular Virtual Coding Seminar with additional clinical education to create a robust offering to meet the demonstrated need of virtual education.

Assistants: $195 (assistants are only eligible to earn 8.0 CECH through live attendance)
Non-members: $795

Cancellation Policy:
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before the event. Registration fees are refunded less a $25 processing fee. All refunds will be issued after the meeting occurs. No refunds will be made after the event. Refunds are not granted to no-shows.

On-Demand CECH

Registration for the Coding and Clinical Education Seminar includes access an an additional 12.25 CECH in on-demand courses in the APMA Online Learning Center. The courses included were recorded at the APMA 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting, July 28–31, 2022. Registrants will have 12 months after the meeting to complete the additional courses allowing you maximum flexibility for your license renewal. Note: If you attended The National, it is your responsibility to attest that you are not claiming CECH for a lecture more than once. Assistants CANNOT earn on-demand CECH.

The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) advances and advocates for the profession of podiatric medicine and surgery for the benefit of its members and the public. To this end, APMA offers continuing education opportunities for podiatric physicians to meet their licensing requirements, to maintain and expand their knowledge, to provide optimum patient care, and to receive updates on advances in foot and ankle care. Doctors of Podiatric Medicine

APMA is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. APMA has approved this event for a maximum of 20.25 continuing education contact hours (CECH). Podiatric physicians are responsible for reporting their attendance to all appropriate boards and agencies requiring continuing education. Credits may be registered with state boards by providing them with a copy of your CECH certificate.

CECH Information

This event provides attendees with 20.25 total CECH.
 - 8.0 CECH delivered live: To receive CECH for this portion of the program, you must view the presentation live in the APMA Online Learning Center in its entirety and complete the evaluation at the conclusion of the webinar. The evaluation form is available within the APMA Online Learning Center tile for this educational program. Certificates will be available to attendees within the APMA Online Learning Center after course requirements are met (attending and completing the evaluation form). 

- 12.25 CECH delivered on-demand: In accordance with the requirements of CPME, attendees of the CECH-eligible recorded sessions must take and pass an assessment at the end of any sessions watch for attendance verification purposes. A passing score is 60 percent. Attendees will be able to take the assessment as many times as required but will have to pass the assessment and complete an evaluation before a certificate can be generated and downloaded.
