APMA Comments on FTC’s Health-Care Competition Notice Members Only Content

In February, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) published a notice on health-care competition. APMA submitted a comment letter in response to this FTC notice last week. It addressed the education, training, and experience of podiatrists, as well as scope of practice laws and other legislative and regulatory restrictions that do not reflect the advancement of podiatric medicine and the value of care by podiatrists.
