APMA, PARCA Urge Biden Administration to Implement Provider Nondiscrimination Regulations Members Only Content

APMA and the Patient Access to Responsible Care Alliance Coalition (PARCA) wrote to the US Department of Health and Human Services, US Department of Labor, and US Department of Treasury (Departments), urging these agencies to implement protections against provider discrimination as required by the No Surprises Act as included in The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.
