Do you want data that can help you negotiate a higher salary in your next job or benchmark your own performance? Participate in the Medical Group Management Association’s (MGMA) 2023 Compensation and Production Survey, which launched on January 2, 2023. APMA is pleased to continue this annual collaboration with MGMA, and after hearing feedback from our members and other specialties, MGMA has created a new streamlined process that will make it less burdensome to participate. MGMA has extended the Cost and Revenue Survey until April 14.
Participants can now provide their system reports to the MGMA team now to save hours of time and simplify your survey participation. By participating in this survey, you will receive access to the survey results for free.
These surveys not only provide valuable data for you, but also help to expose other health-care specialties to podiatry. It also provides valuable data for benchmarking. The more practices and providers participate, the more reliable the data will be. In addition to the Compensation and Production Survey, we urge members to also plan to participate in MGMA’s other surveys in the coming months.
