November Diabetes Campaign

In addition to the resources below, November is Diabetes Awareness Month. APMA created a significant public education campaign designed to educate Hispanic men about the importance of diabetic foot care. As part of the campaign, we have created a variety of Spanish-language resources to share with the public.
