The Dean will be a senior member of the Institutions leadership team, working with the Institutions President, Provost, other Deans, and administrative leaders to advance the Institutions vision for excellence in teaching, research, and engagement. The Dean is the chief academic and administrative officer of the school, reporting to the Provost on academic affairs, inter-professional education, collaborative research, clinical programs, and other related matters. They will administer all phases of the instructional programs on the campus under the direction of the provost to include faculty recommendations for employment, evaluations of faculty, class schedule development, monitoring instructional effectiveness, and other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.LECOM is the nations largest and one of the most affordable medical schools in the country.
