Festus/Crystal City, MO, is a growing twin city area with a physician-owned surgery center and an expanding hospital in Mercy - Jefferson. We are 30 minutes south of the greater St. Louis area and 30 minutes north of getting yourself lost in the woods. The median home value is $260,000 making the surrounding area attractive for those who wish for home ownership. Our orthopedic surgeons locally perform very little foot surgery and defer most to podiatry. Rearfoot surgery is a wide open lane here as I am a forefoot surgeon only.
